1. What Is Some Of Your Professional Experience?
Before I got into Real Estate, I worked for Britannica in Buffalo, NY selling encyclopedias where I received formal sales training. It eventually brought me to Atlanta, GA where I ran into a HUD deal that boasted “Buy a house with only $100 down”. After living in a house bought through HUD, we sold it for a decent profit and did a couple more deals since. It took me 3 years to buy just 3 houses when I first started in 1991. In 1994, I got my Real Estate license and started doing flat fee listings. I had also been going to the courthouse steps monthly to buy properties going into foreclosure. One of my investor clients I was doing flat fee listings for approached me looking for someone to help buy houses at the Gwinnett County foreclosure auction, and I have been pushed further than I ever imagined in Real Estate. I have been the broker for this investor and other clients for acquisition, sales, and property management for thousands of houses in multiple states across the country. Currently, I am still doing business in multiple states and have purchased a few of my own properties to flip and to hold as rentals. I also teach Real Estate Strategies monthly, lead Real Estate Boot Camps, and speak at Real Estate Seminars for nationally acclaimed companies like Auction.com.
2. What Do You Like About Some Of The Communities You Serve?
Atlanta is an ever-growing, ever-changing community that has a little bit of everything to offer. From the high status business suites in Buckhead, to the Sweet Life of the Suburbs in counties all around, Atlanta has something for everyone. The Braves stadium moved to Cobb county bringing unmeasured growth to the already highly sought after northern suburb of Atlanta. Just when you thought in-town couldn’t get any cooler, the newly formed Atlanta Beltline, a 33-mile network of multi-use trails, was established to give people a different perspective of the city.

Who wouldn’t want to live in the always sunny Orlando or Tampa areas?
